Our vision is to inspire ambition, create belonging, and build character.

This vision reflects our commitment to developing the whole child and ensuring every pupil experiences success, belonging and personal growth during their time at Cosby.

• A for ambition reflects our belief that every child can achieve and exceed their expectations. Through high expectations, resilience and a commitment to going Above and Beyond, pupils are encouraged to challenge themselves, develop confidence and strive to achieve their personal best.
• B for belonging reflects our commitment to inclusion, equality and ensuring every child feels valued, respected and proud to be part of the school community. Pupils understand that we are all different, all welcome, and everyone has an important contribution to make.
• C for character reflects our belief that education extends beyond academic achievement. Through developing qualities such as friendship, honesty, determination, confidence, trust and respect, pupils are supported to become responsible, resilient and successful individuals prepared for life beyond school.

Our Mission

Our mission is to ensure that every child experiences an ambitious, inclusive and nurturing education where they are supported to achieve their potential and develop the knowledge, skills and character needed to thrive.

We achieve this by providing:
